1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, installing, accessing, or using Interlude Notes ("the App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms in their entirety, you must not download, install, or use the App.

These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User" or "you") and the developer of Interlude Notes ("we," "our," or "us").

2. Description of Service

Interlude Notes is a personal journaling application designed to help users record thoughts, emotions, and everyday moments. The App provides the following core features:

• Three journaling modes: Confession, Ordinary, and Respite
• Customizable visual themes (free and premium)
• Optional iCloud synchronization (Premium feature)
• Multi-language support (English, Chinese, Japanese, Korean, Spanish)
• Additional features may be added or modified over time

3. Eligibility

By using the App, you represent and warrant that:

• You are at least 13 years of age (or the equivalent minimum age in your jurisdiction).
• You have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms.
• You are not located in a country subject to applicable trade sanctions or embargoes.

If you do not meet these requirements, you must not use the App.
