TuneSnap ("TuneSnap", "we", "our", or "us") respects your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how TuneSnap handles information when you use the TuneSnap app and its share extension on iPhone and iPad.
TuneSnap helps you turn a shared music link and your own thoughts into visual cards that you can save or share.
TuneSnap is designed to work primarily on your device. TuneSnap does not require an account, and we do not operate a user feed, public community, or hosted card library. In general, the text you write, the card content you create, and the design settings you choose are processed and stored locally on your device unless you choose to save, share, or otherwise send them outside the app.
When you type or edit text in TuneSnap, including thoughts, notes, signatures, and card content, that information is processed on your device so the app can generate, display, and edit your card.
This content may be stored locally on your device, including in the shared app group storage used by the app and its share extension, so you can continue from a shared link import into the main app.
We do not intentionally collect this content on our own servers through the app.
Please do not enter highly sensitive personal information into TuneSnap unless you are comfortable storing it on your own device and, if you choose to share it, disclosing it to others.
If you share a music link or other supported text or URL into TuneSnap, the share extension may receive:
TuneSnap uses this information only to continue the handoff into the main app and generate a card that can include a QR code opening the original source link.
TuneSnap does not display or export third-party song artwork, song title, artist, year, or genre on the generated card.
TuneSnap may also make limited technical network requests, such as checking whether network access is available, without sending your card text or support messages in those requests.
